Tsukigase Baikei is in the Tsukigase Village in northeastern Nara, and has about 700 years of long history. It has spread on the side both banks of the Tsukigase lake which dammed up the Nabari river and was made. The Tsukigase lake is the long and slender dam in which the Nabari river was dammed up by Takayama Dam and which was made by it. Tsukigase Baikei is one of the Nara 3 size Bairin in Hirohashi Bairin and Ano Bairin. |
