It arrives at last to the Mt. Norikura summit of the mountain.
Since it is slow-moving, probably because it has reached taking a photograph,
it has taken time unexpectedly. Usually, although the weather of the mountain from an afternoon worsens,
it is fine weather even if it arrives at a parking lot at 1:00 p.m. on that day,
Furthermore, also before [ 3:00 p.m. ] standing on a summit, entire fine weather was still kept miraculous.
If it is this time truly, there are also few people who reach and they can walk at their own pace.
