Arashiyama Hanatouro-Zenshin.
It is said that this is presupposed that the light of repose of souls is expressed,
and offers a prayer to the soul of people who burned the fire of the candle and died in the lantern.
As for the huge ring which appears on the clear stream of this Keisen, in outside 54m in diameter,
a small circle emerges also to inside with a circle.
